  • Concept, Site Selection and Acquisition: KSG leverages their market knowledge to find a site that aligns with the project's goals and initial vision that has been discussed. Stepping in as an advisor to stakeholders, working to develop the vision and masterplan that will become greater "The project".

  • Vision Clarification and Feasibility Analysis: Leading the executive team to drive an in-depth market research to assess demand, analyzing zoning regulations and potential entitlement challenges, and performing comprehensive financial modeling to determine the project's potential profitability. 

  • Assembling a World-Class Team: Oversite to approve the A team of experts and consultants, that will assist in executing the infrastructure plan that KSG has established with stakeholders.  This is a crucial role, to ensure the project stays on track with the brand vision originally established. Here is where a project can get off track with selecting the wrong operators, suppliers and brand partners. 

  •  Capital Funding: With a solid business plan in hand, KSG will assist the financial team in accessing all opportunities for Capital; Government Grants, Municipal Bonds, Pace financing, EB5 Capital, all  creating a compelling financial model to reduce stakeholders leverage.

  • Navigating Infrastructure Approvals: Infrastructure planning and entitlement process involves negotiations with local Governments and planning boards. Kassie Smith leads the complex web of public hearings, community outreach, and negotiations with various municipal departments. Architects and Engineers typically do not present a project in its best position within a community.  KSG acts as the primary front line leader and advocate for the project and stakeholders, articulating its benefits to the community and media, addressing any public concerns, leading the team to mitigate any risk raised by local residents or officials.

 DEVELOPMENT

 With approvals in hand, the focus shifts to an advisory position, giving direct oversite to the masterplan that was envisioned. As vigilant overseer and board advisor,  KSG and Kassie Smith are the gatekeeper of this vision, making sure the brand  development, aligns with this vision. 

From the concept through conception, KSG is making strategic introductions to global partners and international luxury brand operators and providers.
