With an award winning  27-year career defined by passion, notoriety, and a relentless commitment to forge new opportunities and build valuable relationships, and uplift emerging markets.  Kassie’s sophisticated expertise is foundational, spanning over every facet of the industry; Launching her career in technical precision of architecture and design, evolving to the logistics of general contracting and land development, and realizing her full ability to negotiate complex real estate acquisitions, structure joint venture investment structures and align new global relationships.

With a celebrated entrepreneurial journey building three multi-million dollar companies, Kassie developed a significant brand in Las Vegas by launching the first notable, award winning development services company, to partner with investors, land owners and significant land developers like Howard Hughes, Intrawest and American Nevada Corp. Quickly scaling her organization, she launched additional subsidiary companies serving different verticals; luxury hospitality + resort residential, residential and commercial "home builder" communities, International import & procurement company, retail stores and real estate brokerage. Smith also had a strong presence within the National Home Builder market, where she sat on local and national boards giving insight to luxury communities. With her execution in the las Vegas hospitality and luxury resort market, her true love landed in luxury resort development and private club membership communities.

 

This growth initiated Smith employing large-scale development teams within her company, to execute significant contracts for the region’s most iconic projects where she won national and regional awards and exposure of excellence.  This fueled Smith passion for large scale masterplan development in luxury resort residential communities, spending 9-years with the 320 acre lake Las Vegas Resort development. From there she built an international presence, accompanied by her Las Vegas team and adding additional national teams to execute approximately 45 projects per annum. Budgets soared upwards of $2 Billion for; Luxury Hotel + Resorts, Government contracts, Master Planned Residential Communities, Retail and large Mixed-Use urban projects and National Home Builders.

Today, Kassie is proud of her evolution as a seasoned leader in her industry, and now delivers executive oversight for large scale master planned and luxury resort development projects. As a senior leader, she has the ability to strategically envision massive projects. This makes her a valuable consultant to global stakeholders.   To date Smith has assisted in structuring $4.3 Billion in funding and  structures global growth initiatives to scale portfolios, for "best in class" , value positioning.
